3. Delivery Timelines

• Timelines vary by project scope and are agreed in the proposal, purchase order, or service agreement.
• Milestone deliverables and completion dates will be communicated at project kickoff.
• Minor updates, patches, or support files are typically delivered within 1–3 business days unless otherwise agreed.

4. No Physical Shipping

• No CDs, printed materials, merchandise, or hardware are shipped.
• Any references to “shipping” or “delivery” in invoices or emails refer exclusively to digital service fulfilment.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, authorized user accounts, and server/hosting credentials when required.
• Ensure access to environments needed for deployment (domain, DNS, hosting, cloud, third‑party APIs).
• Delays caused by missing access, inaccurate information, or third‑party outages are outside our control.

6. Support & Assistance

• Post‑delivery support is provided per the signed maintenance contract or service level agreement (SLA).
